Vision Media and GrayMatter Announce Technology Partnership to Enhance Secure Content Delivery for Rights-Managed Film and TV Distribution

Vision Media, the leading provider of secure screening and awards-distribution solutions, today announced a new technology partnership with GrayMatter, the software company behind the acclaimed iRights suite for film and television rights management.

The partnership unites two trusted names in entertainment technology: GrayMatter’s robust iRights system, used by studios, distributors, platforms, and sales agents worldwide to manage contracts, licenses, and rights lifecycles and Vision Media’s secure, cloud-based screening platform, trusted by studios, guilds, and festivals for digital content distribution and review.

Under this agreement, Vision Media will serve as a preferred technology partner, supporting GrayMatter’s customers with digital asset management, secure streaming, forensic watermarking, entitlement controls, and award-season distribution tools that complement GrayMatter’s iRights infrastructure.

During her tenure, she helped drive triple-digit growth in social engagement and produced red carpet, backstage, and live-stream content for the industry’s most visible moments. With additional experience across Nintendo, Activision, and major entertainment brands, she brings a deep understanding of audience engagement and industry storytelling. She will drive Vision’s content strategy across digital and print, strengthening how we show up during awards season and beyond.
