As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help expand our footprint across media, entertainment, and content distribution markets.

Position Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving new logo enterprise revenue and expanding Vision Digital’s presence across strategic media and entertainment accounts.

This is a quota-carrying role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships with senior decision makers, leading complex sales cycles, and closing high-value contracts.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, understands consultative enterprise sales, and has experience selling technology solutions into media, entertainment, broadcasting, content distribution, or related industries.

This is an individual contributor role with direct visibility to company leadership and reporting to the CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, advance, and close enterprise opportunities from multiple sources, including outbound prospecting, marketing-generated leads, referrals, strategic partnerships, and inbound inquiries.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
  • Identify and engage decision makers across studios, broadcasters, distributors, streaming platforms, film festivals, sports organizations, agencies, and related media companies
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, presentations, and executive-level meetings
  • Build trusted relationships with technical, operational, marketing, and executive stakeholders
  • Create and maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting within HubSpot
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term account growth
  • Represent Vision Digital at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings
  • Help refine Vision’s go-to-market strategy and sales processes as the company scales
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts while driving new logo acquisition.

Qualifications/Experience Requirements 

  • 5+ years of successful B2B SaaS or technology sales experience
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding quota targets
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience maintaining accurate forecasts, pipeline data, activities, and account records within a CRM platform; HubSpot experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into media, entertainment, broadcasting, streaming, post-production, content operations, digital asset management, or related industries
  • Existing relationships within studios, broadcasters, streamers, distributors, guilds, film festivals, sports organizations, or media technology companies
  • Experience selling security-focused, workflow, SaaS, cloud, or video technology solutions
  • Familiarity with content distribution, media supply chains, digital rights management, or streaming platforms

Location Requirement

Candidates must be based in Southern California and able to regularly attend customer meetings, industry events, conferences, screenings, and networking functions throughout the Los Angeles entertainment market.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and company events.

  • Build a healthy pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
  • Consistently generate new logo business
  • Develop strategic relationships across the entertainment ecosystem
  • Contribute meaningful growth to Vision’s annual recurring revenue
  • Help establish a repeatable enterprise sales motion as the company continues to scale

Compensation

Range of $120-160k base salary plus commission, with uncapped earning potential.
